Clients may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next renewal period, and no further charges will be incurred for subsequent years once cancellation is completed.
Refunds are available on a prorated basis only during the first six (6) months of the initial annual term, calculated from the original purchase date. The prorated refund will be based on the unused portion of the membership, less any services already rendered, fees incurred, or discounts applied.
After six (6) months from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued, and all payments will be deemed fully earned.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@prompt-pickup.com and will be effective as of the date the request is received. Processing times may apply.
Prompt Pickup, LLC reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of services, or violation of these Terms.
Prompt Pickup, LLC is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
Prompt Pickup does not issue refunds, determine return eligibility, or control Amazon’s return policies, approval decisions, or refund timelines. All refunds are issued solely by Amazon pursuant to its own terms and policies.
Prompt Pickup’s services are limited to the pickup and delivery of eligible return items to an Amazon-approved drop-off location.
Responsibility for returned items transfers upon delivery to an Amazon-approved drop-off location. Prompt Pickup shall not be responsible for Amazon’s acceptance, rejection, processing, or refund determination for any item.
Prompt Pickup is not responsible for expired return windows, invalid or incorrect QR codes, customer-provided errors, or Amazon system issues.
Prompt Pickup reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse pickup of items based on size, weight, value, safety, legality, or operational constraints.
